So the topic today is one that has been covered by other hosts of other shows. It keeps coming up again and again once you spot it. Since the Democrats “won” the 2020 election they keep pushing the Leftist agenda down our throats. The state legislatures like California and New York continually pass legislation aimed at public safety. The question becomes why does it all wind up in court?

Let’s start with Joe Biden’s mandatory vaccine back in 2021 via executive order. Companies lined up right behind it and started forcing employees to get the jab or they would be fired. None of these companies wanted to pay the fines associated the the jab order.

So our friends in California decided to pass a misinformation, disinformation law towards doctors. If any doctor spoke of or posted anything that goes against the Covid 19 narrative they could be disciplined financially or have their license revoked.

The leftist governor of Illinois and his state government passed an assault weapons ban. No sale, delivery or purchase of “assault weapons” across Illinois.

The state of New York had the Supreme Court strike down it’s over the top proof of need for a conceal permit. The reaction from New York was to basically pass a law that makes practically all of the state a gun free zone.

The ATF passed a new rule that would ban pistol braces. At the behest of Biden the ATF and the Attorney General made this new rule that would make 40 million Americans, felons!

Here is my take. The Leftist Democrats look to punish us at every turn. These things and there are more of them look to demoralize, punish or financially hurt everyday Americans. They don’t care and the worst part of all is the Democrats don’t even care about the Constitution. The Constitution is why we are all still here, hopefully more and more of us realize this. Eventually all of these Unconstitutional laws and “rules” will be struck down by the Supreme Court but in the mean time, “We the People” get to live thru these tyrannical edicts by the Leftist Democrats. No wonder California and New York keep loosing citizens in the hundreds of thousands per year.

Ever since President Trump won the election in 2016, as I have said before, he is the Republican Party. He has commanded the attention and has his supporters behind him. The RINO’s and the establishment don’t like this and obviously tried to undermine his four years in office. Even after the stolen 2020 election and the 2022 red wave, President Trump is still the head of the Republican Party.

Since 2020 and up to 2022 we have seen the Democrats in control of all three branches of government. What was the focus, spending more money we didn’t have and leftist woke ideology. They ignored the invasion at the southern border. Democrats are front and center of the inflation problem. Their answer to fix it was the trillion dollar inflation “production” act. They ignored the 30 economists saying it would increase inflation and passed it anyway. Hell, Biden’s first day in office he killed 30,000 jobs by axing the Keystone pipeline.

Biden lies all of the time. He is morally corrupt. Obama in the past has called him a buffoon. Obama also said of his vice president that he easily screws things up. He is surrounded by yes men who are probably looking more to serve themselves than serving the country. KJP lies all of the time trying to protect Biden. She has had to walk back things Biden has said as have other agencies because Biden lies that is who he is!!

Biden is in the middle of his own classified document scandal. The media started out running cover for him but the media has seemed to turn on him. I saw a video of him sitting in a chair and the media is just yelling their questions at him. It is like someone turned off a switch. As the classified documents pile up we even hear of Biden moving on, possible prosecution. There is a Hunter Biden case in Delaware ongoing. The Republican controlled Congress is starting investigations on Biden, Democrats and the three letter agencies. It seems the pressure in D.C. is mounting.

Here is my take. The Democrats want Biden gone. He was the only big name they had in 2020. He has outlived his usefulness. The leadership that Trump has Biden does not possess. Leaders attract and or find other leaders. Biden can’t do either because he has no redeeming qualities, he can only hire people that are equal to or less than his capabilities. His ego couldn’t handle it if they were smarter than him. Everybody hates Kamala. Her staff turns over every couple of months. Pelosi stepped down from a leadership roll. The squad has been pretty quiet since the 2022 election. All you hear about in the polls is President Trump and DeSantis. I would not be surprised if you start hearing more and more of Gavin Newsome from the Democrat side. He is related to Nancy Pelosi so there is money and connections. Aside from destroying California, he speaks well and I am sure the ladies will love him. There is no head of the Democrat party at this point, the one person that can push their woke ideology at this point. You have that in Gavin Newsome and I wouldn’t be surprised if he winds up in the White House before the 2024 Presidential election!

Before President Trump left office, he said the 25th Amendment would not be used on him but would be used on Biden. How many times has President Trump been right since he left office, pretty much 100% of the time.

The 25th Amendment, section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

So Biden is now involved in a case of having classified documents. We are now up to the sixth finding of classified documents in his Wilmington house or University of Pennsylvania think tank. Obviously the media is trying to spin it to where the fact President Trump had hundreds of documents, versus Biden having a few documents here or there, is not as bad. Who has the ability to declassify documents, the President of the United States or the Vice President of the United States. I’ll take the President of the United States for $1000 Alex!!!

Have we seen Obama come to Biden’s aid by saying I declassified these documents. Nope, Obama is hanging Biden out to dry. Tell me where is Pelosi, where is Schiff, where is Nadler to defend Biden, crickets. Biden is a liability now. They want him gone, bring in the bus!!!! I don’t think it will be Congress to bring the 25th Amendment, it will be the executive branch to bring the axe, his own party!!

Here is my take. This was not an Oh my God look what we found. They knew about this and I would say long before Mar-a-Lago was raided. I think that the Delaware prosecutor who is investigating the Hunter Biden lap top came across these documents and notified the White House. Come on we are dealing with classified documents. If you don’t have the proper classification to view them, prison could be in your future. So if you are the prosecutor and find classified documents, go right to the top to protect your ass and the investigation. The raid on Mar-a-Lago happened to make President Trump look worse than Biden would with just a few documents in an around his residence. This is failing because the President of the United States has the ability to declassify documents, the Vice President does not, Biden stole them!! What is he hiding….Ukraine.

So It took 15 rounds of votes to elect Kevin McCarthy as the next Speaker of the House. The way the fake news has been presenting this process makes it look like it is the end of the Republic. Hell Biden even said that he would bypass Congress to get things done. Well no douche, you can’t rule by executive order!

There have been 54 Speakers of the House. Don’t think for one moment McCarthy’s bid for Speaker is the only one to take this long. The longest Speaker vote took two months and 133 votes. So why didn’t the media cover this Speaker vote as a normal process? Why was the media painting the Republican party in chaos? Representative Dan Crenshaw even called his own colleagues, terrorists because they wouldn’t vote for McCarthy.

So how did we get to all of this “chaos” as the media called it? The Freedom Caucus formed in 2015 is a group of 20 to 30 conservative Republicans that believe in a limited Federal Government, a balanced budget and the Second Amendment. Pretty simple stuff. If you look at the history in 2016 when President Trump was elected, they probably didn’t know what they were getting to make a move. RINO Paul Ryan was elected Speaker of the House that year. In 2018 and 2020 we get Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House. None of us really like McCarthy we see him as compromised and a RINO. What damn near a perfect time to flex your muscle.

We can’t move on with out mentioning Sean Hannity. While all the “chaos” was supposedly going on he had Lauren Boebert on his show. This supposed conservative, Republican Fox News host, literally almost had a meltdown on his show. Lauren Boebert was trying to explain what was happening with the Freedom Caucus and McCarthy via his questions. Sean kept interrupting her and did not allow her to answer any of his questions. He answered them for her. When she did try to get her point across you could hear him pound on his desk with his frustration. What 60 yr old gets frustrated with someone else’s opinion? Not a person that loves a limited government, a balanced budget and the second amendment.

Here is my take. The Freedom Caucus just stood up for the citizens of the United States of America. The thing we all need to remember is this country is a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy. This was a historic Speaker of the House vote. It was done in front of the public and all the dirty little deeds done in front of us to witness. In all my time on this Earth stuff like this was not done in front of the voters. All of the deep dark behind the scenes deals made by McCarthy were pushed out by the Freedom Caucus. It showed how desperate McCarthy was to be Speaker of the House. He literally gave up everything to have the gavel. This was the best thing that could have happened. There is not going to be one bill passed by the 118th Congress so don’t get your hopes up. This was a win for the public because of the investigative powers delegated to the House of Representatives by the Constitution. All of the B.S. we have seen the last 7 years can at least come to light and we, the public, can come to our own conclusions!!

Look we have lots of work to do before we can forward. I am not trying to put the cart before the horse but we need to be ready to go. Going back many moons ago I wrote a blog about how most of the bills in Congress are not wrote by anyone in Congress. They are sitting on a desk until the right time. Think the Patriot Act. Just a couple of days removed from 9/11 the Patriot Act was already in front of Congress ready to pass.

The government is supposed to be for the people by the people. Please tell me where the lobbyist community is the biggest block that has access to our Representatives. Wouldn’t Corporate America be more wise to spend it’s money on it’s own infrastructure and employees versus greasy no backbone people in government? Why is it that any law that helps corporate America is first on the docket in Congress where as the American taxpayer is at the bottom of the agenda. Therefore let it be known that lobbying and lobbyist are forbidden in the United States of America.

Since I mentioned bills in the beginning of the article. Let’s talk about bills. The only way Congress will say anything gets passed is if you concede something here and there to get what you really need. This just leads to four thousand page bills like the latest Omnibus bill that just got passed. Nobody knows what the hell is in it and we the public get screwed all the time. Nancy Pelosi said of the Obama Care bill, let’s pass it to see what is in it! That is completely unacceptable!! Bills need to stand on their own, you want it passed you debate it!!! If you can’t come to a compromise, it’s dead. No attachments, no addendums, period!!!

We know Washington D.C. is the swamp and everyone in government living there is a swamp creature. If you live there and work there you must loose your sense of reality, everything you need is yours via our tax dollars. We already know that Congress needs term limits. The same needs to happen to the un-elected bureaucrats of the CIA, FBI and the like. As we have been finding out via the Twitter files, the three letter agencies seem to think they run the country. Fauci would be the biggest example of this arrogance, at his job for more than 40 years and corrupt as hell. His government salary is more than that of the President of the United States. He and his ilk have spent too much time in D.C.

Speaking of the swamp and bureaucrats, they don’t live like the rest of the country does. Representatives can have a staff of up to 23 to the cost of around $11 million per year with 2009 dollars. Senators can have an unlimited staff so who knows what that costs us the taxpayers. So your staff and three letter agencies all get paid by us, your health care is paid by us, your kids get to go to college, paid by us. Your corruption is paid for by us! Pelosi just gave all the staff a raise, it would seem to me they all need to live within their means like the rest of us do. Pay for your own health care Congress, pay for your own kids college, Congress, FBI, CIA and the like. Fund your own retirement as well. If you take away all of these earmarks maybe just maybe Public Service could return to Public Service.
